Please fill out the birthday party enquiry form with as much information as possible to request a preferred date. A minimum of 14 days notice is required to book. Once the date is confirmed we will send through a party agreement form which must be filled in and a non-refundable deposit must be paid within 24 hours.
Parties are recommended for children aged 1-5 years old.

4 Activities Package

This package includes your choice of 4 activities including:

-Water play station
-Dry sensory tray / small world set up (theme depending)
-Nature play activity
-Craft table
-Messy play station
Can customise activities depending on theme
Your choice of theme (some themes may cost extra depending on resources.)
1 hour of play
Set up, clean up, pack down.
Maximum of 12 children
*Additional children and extras can be added for a charge
6 Activities Package
$320
This package includes your choice of 6 activities including:
-Play dough station
-Painting station
-Water play station
-Dry sensory tray / small world set up (theme depending)
-Nature play activity
-Craft table
-Messy play station
Can customise activities depending on theme
Your choice of theme (some themes may cost extra depending on resources.)
1 hour of play
Set up, clean up and pack down.
Maximum of 15 children

Let’s Book You In
The party date is not locked in until it is agreed upon and the 20% non-refundable deposit is paid.
Remaining payment for the party must be paid in full no later than 14 days before the event.
If late cancellation must occur a 50% refund can be requested up until 72 hours before the event.
The Sunny Kids Club host will oversee the event but parental supervision is required throughout the party and Sunny Kids Club takes no responsibility for children during the event.
Parties/events can be held at your house/backyard, local park or community hall but adequate shade and access to water and toilets is a must.
We request a minimum space of 5x5m for the set up of activities and enough space for children to play.
If you are hiring a community space we cannot facilitate sensory play on carpeted floors.
If you are hiring a community space you will need to book for a minimum of 4 hours to accommodate for set up, play, pack up and clean up.
Sunny Kids Club only provides the activities and resources needed for activities everything else for the party must be supplied by you.
Waivers must be signed by all parents upon arrival before children are able to participate.
